In this video, we will give someone access to a project. We start on the Project Members page, which lists everyone who can use this project, with their role.
To add someone, click Grant Access. A dialog opens, and it asks who gets access.
Enter their email address. To add several people at once, separate the addresses with commas.
Then choose a role. An owner has full control of the project, including its members. An editor can create and change agents and other assets. And a viewer has read only access.
Then, under how do they get access, choose one option. Grant directly makes the access active immediately, and no email is sent. The person simply signs in with this email address, and can use the project right away.
Or choose Send invitation, and the person receives an email, and gets access once they accept it.
When everything is ready, confirm at the bottom of the dialog. The button reads Grant Access when you grant directly, and Send Invitations when you send an invitation.
